1) How to order?
You can order items in any way you like that means e.g. via letter, telefax or email. The best way is to use our
order forms. Orders by phone are not possible.

2) How to pay?
We have 2 different methods of payment for orders from foreign countries: Credit card, prepayment.

3) Is it possible to order items marked with "KB" (actual not in stock)?
Yes, you can order such items!

4) Why are their differences bewtween the real stock situation and the weblists?
This is due to the fact, that the weblists are not actual at every day. This causes us too much work, so please accept, that the information is as much as possible true, but if the list is older (date is on top), the stock situation is due to the incoming and ourgoing packages only a hint.

5) How long is time for delivery?
Normally we are able to delierv items in stock within one week, but due to the fact, that our business is growing, this time may be exceeded. If the item is not in stock, but available from the manufacturer, you have to add at least 2 weeks.

6) Is the VAT automatically deducted when exporting items?
Yes tge german VAT is automatically deducted, whebn exporting to NON-EC countries.

8) What are the package costs?

9) It is possible to preorder new items only announced by the manufacturers?
Yes, you can do this, we will keep you informed about the status of this orders

10) Is it possible to add items to existing orders?
Yes, you can do this, there is no problem to add items to an existing order.

11) Is it possible to cancel items from an order?
Yes, you can do any cancelation of items from your order, but their are some items where it is not allowed: Spare parts, repairs and items especially manufactured for a customer, e.g. like marklin insider items

12) Is their a relation between times of delivery and payment method?
Yes their is a relation. In case of prepayment we wait until the money has reached our account. this means a delay of at least one week.

13) Why is here no "Shopping Cart" or "Webshop"?
The reason is very simple. It takes too long for a customer to enter and collect the items via a webshop. Because most of the modelrailroaders have made their plan before, the aould only like to enter fast and conevneient a list that was created before.

14) Are their EXTRA COSTS added to the prices?
Yes we add 1,5% to the priced for insurance of the package, but we do not add to our prices EXTRA COSTS for credit card payment like other shops are doing. Our listes prices are the prices you will pay for the goods and the shipping costs as well are listed. So take care when comparing prices, the 3% cheaper shop maybe not the best buy, if around 4% handling charge is added!
