Mailorder rules
You will find following important information. Please read it carefully.

- Warranty:
You will get a twoyear warranty for all delivered items. All locos will be tested before sending. In case of a fault with items please send them back to the above mentioned adress and sign them clear with the word "Reklamation". Such packages has to be sent free of costs for us.
- Order cancellation:
A cancellation can be done at every time. It will be confirmed within 7 days. If this does not happen, please cancel the order again. A cancellation is not possible for items already sent and for items special manufactured for the customer (e.g. like marklin insiderclub models.
- Order confirmation:
We decide about the acceptance of an order. The confirmation is always under the restriction that the items are available from the manufacturer. New items will be delivered after the delivery of the items from the manufacturer. The order of delivery is in the order of the incoming orders from you. Due to the fact that the manufacturers very often does not deliver all ordered items in one delivery, it may happen that there will be additional delays. So for new items please order as soon as possible, after the items were announced.Orders will be proceeded immediately. We sent the items that are stocked, items not delivered will be in backorder and sent later, when they arrive again. We look always for a good balance between the costs for the item and the costs for the transport.
- Shipping costs:
The total transport costs are calculated and has to be payed by the receiver. The costs you may find here. Additional costs for the handling of scheques are calculated as well. We charge you with 1.5% of the goods value for full insurance of the packages up to 1.250,- EURO. Delivery will be done by the german post (if wished by UPS). For very heavy or very large items we calculate the full shipment costs.
- Prices:
All prices in the list are the german prices and includes the VAT of 16%. The prices are valid until mid of February of each year. Valid are always the prices on the day of booking.
- Export:
When exporting to non EC-countries we deduct automatically the VAT of 19%. This is as well true for exports to EC-countries in the case of a customer with a VAT-ID number. Delivery to foreign countries is only possible with prepayment and with the transport risk for the receiver. Payment with credit cards (VISA, Euro and Master) is possible. Please inform yourself about possible additional cost due to your local customs. We are not able to give you any information regarding this topic.
- Self-Export when buying in Germany and getting the german VAT back from us:
This is only possible, when the following things are fulfilled
1) Your passport is showing te outside Germany location
2) The export will take place within 3 month after buying
3) The original bill and the customs paper will be sent to us
